Our mission

The mission of Michael’s Fan Club is to enhance the lives of all children in active treatment for cancer in Ireland, who have a love of sport. We do this by arranging for them to see their heroes in action, by organising meet-ups and video messages with the stars, facilitating participation in sporting events and by gifting signed merchandise and other sports items and equipment. Recognising that cancer impacts entire families, we aim to include siblings and parents in the experiences where possible.
