When Layla met Katie …

Friday, 4 September was a very special day for young Layla from Kilfenora Co Clare as she met her hero Katie Taylor at the big weigh-in at Trinity College Dublin. Of course she couldn’t wait to see Katie Taylor in action at Croke Park the day after, and Katie did not disappoint!!

Layla and mum Teresa were brought to their ringside seats in style in a limousine courtesy of Blue Ribbon Wedding cars. A huge thank you to Barry Hearn in Matchroom Boxing for an experience which Layla will never forget.

Says Mum: “It was absolutely incredible!!! Layla really had the best time ever. It surpassed any and all expectations! Katie was amazing with her time and so unbelievably kind to Layla.”
